Confirming rumors that circulated a couple of months ago, the highly influential Sunny Day Real Estate have announced a month-long North American reunion tour. In addition, their label Sub Pop will reissue the band’s first two albums, 1994’s Diary and 1995’s LP2, on CD and LP on September 15th. The records will be remastered, and augmented with rare bonus tracks and new liner notes. No Use For A Name guitarist Dave Nassie confirmed that he’s leaving that band to join Bleeding Through. Punknews favourite Chuck Ragan streamed two new solo songs this week, previewing the tracks “Glory” and “Rotterdam.” His label also announced the return of the Revival Tour this fall.
