Racing Exit 13 digitally give away debut LP

Staten Island pop-punks Racing Exit 13 have posted a full digital download of their new album, All We Need. You can acquire it [here](http://rapidshare.com/files/264799813/Racing_Exit_13_-_All_We_Need__2009_.z= ip.html).

The band had signed with State of Mind this past January, though unreported issues led to the album’s non-release.

They’re currently on tour in support of the album with Norway’s Wrist Rocket.
